Erin Samsell brings more than 17 years of clinical, interdisciplinary, and operational experience to her role at Phoenix Rising Communications.

A licensed speech-language pathologist, Erin spent her clinical career working across ENT, neurology, psychology, audiology, and other multidisciplinary settings, developing deep expertise in diagnostics, collaborative care, structured documentation, and patient-centered communication.

Today, Erin leads and supports many of the systems that shape the employee and candidate experience at Phoenix, including recruiting and hiring, onboarding, internal communications, team culture, professional development initiatives, operational processes, policy development, and company-wide planning. She also helps design the frameworks, resources, and workflows that allow a growing team to operate with consistency while preserving the highly collaborative culture Phoenix was built around.

Her work extends across talent strategy, leadership development, employee engagement, internal process improvement, offsite and event planning, and the day-to-day operational infrastructure required to support a fully remote medical communications team.
