Our Story

Phoenix Rising Communications started from a shared frustration among medical writing teams and their clients: why should high quality medical communications be so complicated and expensive?

The medical communications landscape felt increasingly disconnected from the researchers, clinicians, and patients it was meant to serve. We saw an industry dominated by large agencies where it was unusual for clients to speak directly and regularly with the people generating their content—and certainly not without charging additional time to the project.

We wanted to prove that excellent medical writing can be both accessible and personal, and we decided to build something different: an agency where scientific expertise meets straightforward collaboration, without the bloat of staff, overhead costs, and unnecessary add-on fees.
