Dr. Sarah Schantz brings extensive expertise in neuroscience and evidence synthesis to her role as Lead Medical Writer at Phoenix Rising Communications. She earned her PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Georgia, where she conducted federally funded translational research evaluating neuroprotective and regenerative therapies for pediatric traumatic brain injury (TBI) through NIH- and DoD-supported collaborations.

In addition to her therapeutic expertise in neuroscience, Dr. Schantz has developed and led workshops on systematic literature reviews and meta-analysis, contributing to several high-impact reviews that inform scientific and clinical practice.
